Bade Contractors Ltd executed electrical works for the rehabilitation of NSSF Akiba House in Dodoma under Tender No. TR191/2023/2024/W/58 in 2025. This significant rehabilitation project involved comprehensive electrical upgrades to this important National Social Security Fund building. Our scope included complete electrical system rehabilitation, rewiring, distribution board replacements, lighting upgrades, and all associated electrical works required for the building's renewal.
The Akiba House project demanded careful planning and execution due to the building's importance and the extensive nature of the rehabilitation works. Our team conducted thorough site assessments to understand existing conditions and plan appropriate electrical upgrades. We coordinated closely with the project team to ensure electrical works aligned with the overall rehabilitation schedule and building requirements.
Quality and safety were paramount throughout this project, with our electrical engineers implementing modern electrical solutions that would serve the building reliably for years to come. We installed energy-efficient lighting and power distribution systems that would reduce operational costs for NSSF. All work complied with relevant electrical codes and standards, with rigorous testing and inspection at every stage.
Successful completion of the NSSF Akiba House rehabilitation adds an important government/institutional project to our portfolio. This project demonstrates our capability to handle large-scale rehabilitation works and meet the requirements of public sector clients. The rehabilitated building now operates with modern, reliable electrical systems that support NSSF's operations in Dodoma.
